Stacie Simpson
Stacie Simpson grew up in Lampasas, Texas. After graduation she moved to Florence with her husband
Bobby where they raised their two beautiful daughters. In 1996 they started a limestone quarry, which
they owned and operated until 2018. During that time both were looking for land of their own to
purchase. While driving around for months from place to place, Stacie developed a passion for real
estate and the beauty that every different place had to offer. She started studying real estate at night
while her girls were asleep and obtained her Real Estate license in 2002.
Having worked with many builders and contractors throughout her 22 years in the stone business she
developed a good knowledge of what clients are looking for when they build their homes. Owning
multiple ranches throughout her career she has become very knowledgeable about what to look for
when helping her clients find the perfect piece of property to build on or the perfect home that is
already built and ready to move in.
Stacie is very well versed on the ranch lifestyle and loves the opportunity to be outdoors. She loves to
hunt and fish and spend time with her family. Stacie and Bobby have owned a few ranches and have
built two cabins from start to finish. She loves the ranch lifestyle and now considers it a privilege to help
people during their home buying process and fully understands what a major life decision it is.
Stacie’s goal is to build lasting relationships that does not stop after the sale.
